Am glad I didn't switch to these.. Having said that the sole plate gives you a weird feeling and cramping, am so confident wearing my trusted boots.

In reply to William Holt. Couldn't disagree with you more. A player playing as a winger does not have the same requirements as a player that plays defensive mid, for example. Anyone can wear any boot, but certain boots are much more effective. Perfect example, the Puma evoSPEED SL. Puma advertise them for what they are; a super lightweight speed focused boot. Is a defensive midfielder going to benefit more from wearing them or instead a pair of Nike Tiempo Legend that are designed for comfort and initial touch on the ball? My goal is to provide information on boots that helps players find the most suitable pair for their particular style. And in turn that includes honest feedback on who I see them providing the best performance to. And why would anyone pay to target a boot to a particular style player? Wouldn't it make more sense to gear them as a complete market boot so more players purchase them?

Your constant focus on player position when reviewing boots is all wrong. Any player, in any position, can wear any boot. There is no such thing as boots for a specific position, only marketing and gimmicks. Your reviews should focus on what matters and only that: touch and comfort. Position based footwear is what the manufacturers are pushing, however it’s all smoke. Unless you all are getting paid to push this agenda…
